An active customer is anyone who has had at least one operation with you in the last 30 days: a stamp or a reward, bonuses earned or spent, a subscription bought or an item issued on it. Each customer counts once across all your locations and programs.
People who only downloaded the app or keep your card without visiting don't count. A regular who comes once every two or three months takes up room in the limit only for 30 days after a visit — and the till always accepts them.
At 70% and 90% of the limit the dashboard shows a warning with how many active customers you have had in the last 30 days.
Once the limit is reached, everything works as before for a week — time to pick a plan.
After that the till doesn't accept people who have never visited you. Everyone who has visited before — even once every six months — keeps collecting, getting rewards and spending bonuses as usual.

Yes, at any time: just don't renew the payment. Programs, cards and customer history are kept, and the Free limits apply again.
No. The limit applies only to new customers — people who haven't visited you yet. Anyone who has visited before always gets through at the till and counts as an active customer only for 30 days after a visit.
No. A staff phone with a camera is enough — that is the Unemi till. No integration with your accounting system is required, and if you already have a POS, it can connect through the open API on the Pro plan.
No, on no plan. You pay only the fixed plan price — however much a customer spends and however many cards there are.
The cards and history stay with you: the CSV export by day is in the dashboard at any moment. We don't sell customer data or share it with other businesses.
